I am not an expert to do a judgement on which is the best gear for photography. I believe photographers should use whatever gear they like and they can afford.

There are no right and wrong answers but only what works for you. I like to play and experiment with different photography equipment.  This is part of the joy of photography for me. Let me tell you about my gear.

The DJI Mavic Pro is a small yet powerful drone that turns the sky into your creative canvas easily and without worry, helping you make every moment an aerial moment. Its compact size hides a high degree of complexity that makes it one of DJI’s most sophisticated flying cameras ever.

24 high-performance computing cores, an all-new transmission system with a 4.3mi (7km) *range, 5 vision sensors, and a 4K camera stabilized by a 3-axis mechanical gimbal, are at your command with just a push of your thumb or a tap of your finger.

*Unobstructed, free of interference, when FCC compliant.

Sony Alpha NEX5K Digital Camera with 18-55mm Interchangeable Lens - Black

My photography started with an Sony Nex 5 with 18-55 kit lens. The next lens which I purchased was SEL 55-210 followed by SEL50MM 1.8. Next, it was the turn of SAL 30 2..8 Macro + LA2 adapter.

World's Smallest and Lightest Sony

The NEX-5 delivers the quality of a DSLR in a camera that's ready to go wherever you go. In fact, this is the world's smallest, lightest interchangeable lens digital camera (as of April 2010).

It's roughly half the size and weight of Sony's smallest, lightest DSLR, the a230. Equipped with an image sensor that's 13 times the size of the typical compact camera's sensor, a NEX cameras turn snapshots into photographs. The bigger sensor means images with softer background that make your subject stand out and stunning low-light shots.

Mount adapter LA-EA3 for Alpha lens on E body

This adapter lets us mount Sony Alpha or Minolta MAXXUM AF SLR lenses on the compact Sony NEX cameras, especially the full-frame A7.

For autofocus, you really want the more complex LA-EA4 which has a motor to drive all AF lenses.

This simpler LA-EA3 has no motor, and merely passes-through the electronic AF connections to allow AF lenses with their own interval AF motors to focus.

Sony SAL30M28 30mm f/2.8 Len

With a macro lens, you gain entry to another dimension. Focus on close-up objects with 1:1 life-size imaging with the SAL35M28 macro lens with a built-in Smooth Autofocus motor.

With a 35mm equivalent of 45mm, this macro lens makes it easy to transform the everyday details of life into photographic works of art, ideal for close-up and portrait shots.

Samyang Cine SYCV14M-S 14mm T3.1 Cine Wide Angle Lens for Sony Alpha

The new Samyang 14mm Cine Lens is made especially for DSLR video enthusiasts, videographers and cinematographers. It features the same outstanding image quality as the standard Samyang 14mm F3.1 lens but has the added benefits of de-clicked apertures and follow focus compatibility.

De-clicked apertures means that there are no hard clicks when changing apertures and the aperture can be manually set to a very specific number (like f/3.8, f/5.2). The lens has also been constructed so that it can be easily attached to follow focus systems which are widely used by videographers. The Samyang Cine lenses are the most affordable, high quality lenses in the market today

Sony DSLR SEL50F18 Sel 50mm F1.8 Nex System Camera Lens

One of my Favorite lens....

Get a quality lens with fixed 50mm mid-range telephoto focal length and f/1.8 aperture. Having   advantage of the built-in Optical SteadyShot image stabilization system which provides around a 4-stop shutter speed advantage, making it significantly easier to achieve crisp, blur-free images and video.

Can get beautiful, softly blurred backgrounds thanks to the circular aperture of the large maximum aperture of this lens. A linear motor used for focus drive contributes to low-noise focus operation, while a stepping motor built into the lens, technology inherited from Sony's professional camcorders, results in smooth, quiet aperture actuation ideal for recording movies.

An elegant aluminium alloy exterior blends beautifully with the graceful design of an E-mount. Use direct Manual Focus (DMF) to go directly to manual focusing after autofocus lock-on without having to switch modes to facilitate focus adjustments on the fly - it's perfect for portraits where depth of field may be extremely shallow.
